Pre Orders

We offer many toys on pre-order and at competitive prices.

As with all other orders, products are pre-ordered on customer demand. 

If the manufacturer delays or cancels the items, we would be forced to delay or cancel customers' order accordingly. We would notify the customers as soon as such updates are received on our end.

Any pre-order can be cancelled in 3 business days at no extra cost. Pre-orders cancelled after 3 business days could be charged a cancellation/restocking fee of 15%.

In case you are planning to order another product, please contact us with the details. We may be able to apply the 15% fee towards the new order.

We also price match on pre-orders as with any other order.
