If you find the product unsatisfactory, please email us at phoenx.retail@gmail.com.

We would gladly replace or refund the purchase. We have a 15day period for returns and refunds. Products need to be unused and unopened from the original packaging that they were sent in.

Any return or refund is at the discretion of the ToysBus store.
