A lot of the items we offer on discount because of our order process with our global manufacturers.

Therefore shipping time could take between 2-5 weeks for any product. We would try the best to ship at the earliest, but eventually it is upto the discretion of ToysBus store.

We currently do offer gift wrapping.

Much as we try to accommodate customers and their queries, we sometimes are unable to ship to PO Boxes. If we dont receive an alternative address we might have to cancel the order.

The handling time for every order is between 3-5business days, in addition to the shipping time. If you need something expedited for a special occasion, drop us a note while placing the order along with information on when you might want the order. We can work with you on the timings so there are no bad surprises.
